Robotics engineering and technology

Precision autonomy, built in Ireland.

Our robots navigate complex field environments using proprietary computer vision and GPS-RTK positioning. They identify and eliminate weeds with millimetre precision while monitoring crop health continuously — no chemicals, no compromises.

From a shed in Kilbeggan to fields across the world.

In 2019, Ciaran Mulvey and three engineers started building robots in a shed in Kilbeggan, County Westmeath. The idea was simple: tillage farming was drowning in chemicals and running out of labour. Robots could fix both.

Enterprise Ireland believed in the vision early. Irish farmers believed in it next — trusting their fields to prototypes before the paint was dry. Their faith made us better engineers.

Today, Kilbeggan Robotics serves enterprise agriculture operations across Europe. We have never forgotten who gave us our start.

“We build robots in Ireland for the rest of the world. The engineering is precise, the ambition is global, and the roots are in the soil.”
