Kilbeggan Robotics builds autonomous weeding and crop-monitoring systems for the world’s largest farming operations. European-engineered. Field-proven since 2021.
Two integrated systems. One autonomous platform. Designed for the scale and rigour that enterprise agriculture demands.
Deploy autonomous weeding and monitoring robots across thousands of hectares. Scalable fleet architecture with centralised command, real-time telemetry, and predictive maintenance.
Every robot is a sensor. Our data platform turns field-level intelligence into operational decisions — crop health analytics, weed mapping, yield prediction, and sustainability reporting.
Our robots navigate complex field environments using proprietary computer vision and GPS-RTK positioning. They identify and eliminate weeds with millimetre precision while monitoring crop health continuously — no chemicals, no compromises.
Real deployments. Measurable results. From our earliest Irish farms to enterprise-scale operations across Europe.
Our first commercial deployment. A family farm that trusted three engineers with a prototype. Three years later, zero herbicide use.
Our first enterprise deployment. Eight robots operating autonomously across multiple farm sites with centralised fleet management.
A European cooperative uses our data platform to monitor crop health and predict yields across a dozen sites in three countries.
In 2019, Ciaran Mulvey and three engineers started building robots in a shed in Kilbeggan, County Westmeath. The idea was simple: tillage farming was drowning in chemicals and running out of labour. Robots could fix both.
Enterprise Ireland believed in the vision early. Irish farmers believed in it next — trusting their fields to prototypes before the paint was dry. Their faith made us better engineers.
Today, Kilbeggan Robotics serves enterprise agriculture operations across Europe. We have never forgotten who gave us our start.
“We build robots in Ireland for the rest of the world. The engineering is precise, the ambition is global, and the roots are in the soil.”
Ciaran Mulvey, CEO & Founder
